SunCore Innovation A/S, which is headquartered in Silkeborg, Denmark, was founded in 2001 by Søren Mirzai and Jan Pedersen.

The managing director of SunCore is Mikkel Pedersen who took over the post after Søren Mirzai in February 2011. Søren Mirzai is now head of the board.
